We follow a female prison guard working at a rehabilitation facility called the "Sex Crime Prevention Treatment Center" as she provides sexual therapy to severely symptomatic solitary confinement inmates. The female guard engages in sexual acts with "inmates with an overly strong libido who have committed crimes in the past" in order to treat their addiction. Her professionalism, never revealing her emotions while on duty, is a must-see. She performs cold, condescending sex routines on inmates who cannot control their impulsive sexual desires, and even when the inmates suddenly engage in quickie, pistoning, fingering, and other acts that make them climax as they please, the guard never wavers.
