The story follows a village chief and his daughter, Aki, 34 years old. An army major general has a crush on Aki. The father and Aki are taken into custody by the Special Higher Police, where the lustful soldiers humiliate and torture her. After his marriage proposal is rejected, the major general rapes Aki in front of her father, trying to make her his woman, but she resists. The father is sentenced to death, and the daughter is threatened with being made a sex slave, forcing her to commit incest with her father, and the Special Higher Police and soldiers continue their endless gang rape ritual.
