Yurina, a motivated married woman, has just been appointed as the head of the neighborhood association. She immediately checks the old accounting books and finds unaccounted funds, so she consults with Tonegawa, a veteran of the neighborhood. Tonegawa had known about the matter but had covered it up, so he sends in Hyodo, a young man from the same neighborhood, to silence her.
