Ameri, who suffers from substance addiction, is placed in a rehabilitation facility run by an NPO called "Independence Support." The man who runs the facility is rough, but has a reputation for his proven treatment results. "I don't want to live in this place!" Ameri screams and lashes out, attempting to escape, but the man finds her and tells her, "We're starting a rehabilitation program." The program is strict: morning meditation, group counseling, and a life of abstinence. However, the man's "mental support" is abnormal. In a private room at night, he whispers to Ameri, "I'll fill your craving." Ameri resists, but the man's words and touch replace her desire for drugs with another impulse. Day by day, the counseling turns into sexual exploitation. The man repeatedly tells her, "This is treatment," instilling pleasure in her.
