Soccer fans tend to be generally fanatical. This tendency is strong not only in Japan but around the world. They may have sparked the recent "oshikatsu" (supporting a particular team) boom. Incidentally, "No Entry for Authorized Personnel Only" signs are often seen in stadiums. Isn't it natural for supporters and fans to want to enter such a waiting room at least once? For such people, a waiting room with a "No Entry" sign is likely a kind of forbidden door. So, a pair of people, a man and a woman, who appeared to be supporters, entered the waiting room, but unfortunately, there was no one there. Despite feeling disappointed, and not knowing when someone authorized would enter, they suddenly started doing something XX. It's a bizarre incident... but it's not hard to understand the psychology behind it. It's somewhat similar to the "inflammatory videos" that frequently appear on social media. If you interpret it that way, you can somehow guess their motives. It's certainly not a commendable act, but it's a good representation of the times we live in. In that sense, it could be said to be a typical modern documentary. If you're interested, why not give it a try? It's a pretty interesting video.
